Our hardwood gym rings meet all of the International Gymnastics Federation's specifications, with a 180mm inside diameter and a 28mm grip diameter. It is incredibly durable because it is made of sturdy and springy Birch hardwood. Morgan Hardwood Gymnastic Rings are made from a stack of laminated hardwoods that are CNC machined into a precise circle before being coated in a durable resin.

Wooden Rings provide better moisture control and grip than plastic rings. The 6 meter long straps come with ultra-strong cam-locks and indicators to help you measure both rings quickly and correctly.
